Task:
Large forklift trucks have a clearance height of 3.80 meters and do not fit on any conventional semi-trailer or trailer.

New construction of an extremely flat semi-trailer in which the rear end flap is also the access ramp.

PUMP PUMP LIFTERS FOR ÖR &GAS PIPES
Task:
The pump trailers are manufactured in the USA and have to be converted for approval in Germany.
Südbeck solution:
Reduction of the dimensions by approx. 15 cm in width and approx. 2 m in length and relocation of the units, installation of new axles at an additionally reduced distance.

4 weeks incl. TÜV registration and ABE approval

Task:
Special crawlers and excavators for pipeline construction do not fit on a standard low-loader, while at the same time gas pipes of various diameters and lengths must be able to be transported. Despite the large dimensions, manoeuvrability on site must not suffer as a result.
Südbeck solution:
New construction of a flexible special semi-trailer with an extremely low loading height, which enables the transport of both the special equipment and the pipeline pipes together. With pick-up devices for loading ramps. Extremely lightweight design with a very high payload.

KIPPSILO VEHICLE
Task:
A used four-axle tipper vehicle is to be turned into a vehicle that can deliver approx. 35 tonnes of quartz sand in doses. Previously, stationary silos were set up for this purpose. This vehicle offers greater flexibility and can be used in tighter spaces.
Südbeck solution:
Recalculation of the vehicle's tipping hydraulics. Addition of support cylinders. Installation of reinforced tipping bearings. Installation of partition walls, covers, ladders and pipework in the existing tipper body.
Construction time:
approx. 2 months incl. TÜV acceptance.
Note:
This vehicle is used at gas drilling sites in Romania and Hungary.
MAKING A DRIVABLE SUBSTRATE FOR A DRIVEWAY
Task:
Short-term realisation of the desire to integrate a dishwasher into a vehicle. Provide all necessary connections for energy supply, fresh water and waste water. Good accessibility by creating spacious doors. Equipping with platforms to adapt to the working height of an existing mobile large kitchen.
Südbeck solution:
Procurement of a refrigerated box trailer from the stock of a large-scale manufacturer.
Cut-out of almost 7 metres in length in the left-hand side wall. Stiffening of the remaining structure.
Construction and fitting of a large door system consisting of 2 three-winged elements. Fitting a flap into the cut-out for the refrigeration machine. Reinforcement of the front wall. Installation of the air vent on the vehicle floor. Creation of an exhaust air chimney and installation of a supply air fan. Creation of non-slip platforms and stairs.

Making a mobile base for a dishwasher
PRITCH CONSTRUCTION WITH REAR LOADING CRANE
Task:
Creation of a body on a 12-tonne chassis with a loading crane and a body for point loads with maximum payload
Südbeck solution:
Selection of a suitable chassis, which had to be shortened by 550mm at the rear end. The development and manufacture of special laser profiles made of high-strength steel with a corresponding arrangement of the supporting structure allows high point loads at every point of the body. Despite a platform length of 6600 mm and a loading crane with a load capacity of 925 kg at an outreach of 6.9 m, a payload of 4.5 tonnes still remains.

Task:
Creation of a body on a 26 tonne chassis with a loading crane and a body for extreme point loads.
Südbeck solution:
Selection of a suitable chassis. Construction of an optimized body. Manufacture of the superstructure from high-strength fine-grained steel and stainless steel for an extended service life without
damage defects.

Task:
Construction of a semi-trailer with a maximum number of toilets and its own technical room
Südbeck solution:
Development of the options in collaboration with the customer. Determination of the „room layout“ of the trailer. Production of a stainless steel fresh water intermediate tank with a capacity of 8000 liters! Design and construction of the chassis and body. Production of all partition walls, doors and the roof with the necessary adaptation to the intended use. Fitting out with the sanitary equipment and the necessary electrics with the help of local specialized companies. Construction of landings and stairs that can be completely stowed away in the storage box underneath the floor area.

Task:
Design and manufacture of a special swap body vehicle to accommodate a mobile workplace for the Rhenish opencast lignite mine.
Südbeck-Lösung:
Planning and realization of an extremely strip interchangeable bridge superstructure, which is built on a 6x6 chassis with special off-road tires. Adapted to the requirements of a mobile workplace with stairs and access steps.

HEAVY DUTY TRACTOR
Task:
Equipping a heavy-duty articulated lorry with an automatically trailing additional tank, additional storage compartments.
Südbeck solution:
Procurement of an additional tank specially designed for us from a supplier. Manufacture of a special galvanized frame to hold all additional components. Connection of the tank to the existing fuel circuit. Enlargement of the AD Blue capacity to 100 liters.

Task:
Delivery of a suitable tandem trailer for an existing towing vehicle
Südbeck solution:
Construction of a tandem trailer with utilization of the maximum permissible towing length. Adaptation of the line guidance to the towing vehicle. Selection of the quietest and most powerful refrigeration unit possible, which does not impair the usability of the interior. Selection of the axle position for an optimum vertical load.
